Our next election — a municipal election — is April 2. Voter registration ends March 2, with early voting starting March 18. Libertyville Township Democrats will be helping voters learn about the issues at stake in these local elections.

Voters created a powerful blue wave in Lake County in 2018. For the first time in history, the Lake County Board is under Democratic control. Voters also opted for a fresh start in countywide offices, electing Democrats for sheriff, county clerk, and treasurer. And that wasn’t all—Libertyville Township voters did their part to elect Mary Edly-Allen as state representative and re-elect U.S. Congressman Brad Schneider.

Officeholders for local offices vary precinct by precinct. Photos of elected officials with districts all or partially contained within Libertyville Township are shown below. Township boundaries do not always match up with political district boundaries, which can be confusing! To find out who’s representing you, look up your personal candidate list on Voter Power or reach out to us. We’re here to help.
